Ordering from The Flower Shop is very simple. All you need to to is choose from one of our range of designs (click on Arrangements, and then the type of design you are after). Once you have picked a design you like, click the buttons on the page to 'Place an Order'. This will take you to an order form for the type of design you have chosen.

From the list of designs, pick out your chosen one, and specify a colour, price and quantity where applicable. Once you're happy, follow the 'Order this Item' button next to your design to be taken to the next step. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling. We accept payments online via Switch, Mastercard or Visa.

Now you'll be asked for all the delivery and payment details. You will be connected to a secure server at this point, and can be assured that all your details will be gathered and stored securely. For peace of mind, look out for the padlock on the bottom right hand corner of your browser window when you are placing your order - this signifies that you are currently connected via SSL to our secure server.

You'll be able to preview all your order details, and change any as necessary before you actually place the order. Once placed, you'll receive an order number that you should keep a hold of in case you need to get in touch with us for any reason. You'll also receive a copy of this order number via email for your reference - this email acts as a receipt of your order, so make sure you enter the correct email address!

After that, we will begin working on your order, creating a beautiful design to your specifications or despatching it to the nearest Interflora member of the recipient. So sit back, relax, and let us do the hard work!
